The CHALLENGE:
Running a busy design studio means my focus is often on client work. The tasks that keep the business running - the admin, the organisation, the follow-ups - often slip to the bottom of the list. I needed support I could trust without having to micromanage.
I wanted someone who could take tasks off my plate, bring calm to the day-to-day, and help me keep things moving without adding pressure.
The solution:
Kate stepped in as my VA and took ownership of the jobs that drain time and headspace. She manages my Mailchimp account - including the monthly KSD mailing list. She helps with gift sourcing, looks after the KSD LinkedIn page, and created a social media plan that actually works for me. She’s also taken the time to really understand the KSD brand, which means she can confidently support website updates and keep everything aligned.
She jumped in with confidence and clarity. Her process is simple and easy to work with. She listens, asks the right questions, and keeps everything running in the background so I can focus on design and clients.
